With the rapid advances in the field of geotechnical engineering, it may be difficult for an individual or an organization to keep abreast of all the recent developments and emerging technologies. Examples of these developments and technologies include soil nail walls, Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) structures, micro-piles, Load Resistance Factor Design (LRFD), jet grouting, deep soil mixing, etc. Without proper training, even an experienced geotechnical engineer may find it difficult to grasp the intricacies or nuances of these recent developments. The intricacies are not only related to the theoretical aspects but also to proper construction techniques. All training courses developed by NCSG are offered in stand-alone packages ranging in duration from 1/2-day to 3-days. Each course contains a design and a construction module such that the client can pick and choose any combination of courses that suits their needs. Any course can be customized for a given project such that project personnel can benefit directly from a given course.
